I have a deep passion for festivals and events that go beyond partying—spaces where people can form meaningful connections with others and explore themselves. As part of the program at smaller festivals like Familiar Forest and larger events like Landjuweel, I have facilitated workshops for adult groups curious to explore touch and consent in a playful and mindful way.
By creating a safe space with clear agreements on consent and confidentiality, participants feel empowered to be vulnerable and open. Almost any form of touch is possible between two people as long as both are comfortable. Whether it’s holding hands, giving a hug, a back massage, or something a bit more intimate like a kiss on the neck, everyone can participate at a level of intimacy that feels right for them, while gently stretching their comfort zone.
Through mutual communication, participants experience the four fundamental roles we step into during physical intimacy: the giver, the receiver, the witness, and the taker. Each role has its own value and beauty, but all require one condition: mutual consent.
In this workshop, participants work in pairs. You can bring a partner, or I will help you find one on site. Together, you will explore four different touch exercises, each lasting 5–10 minutes.
A sharing circle may follow to discuss experiences and reflections.
Duration: 45–90 minutes
Participants: Minimum 2
In this workshop, participants rotate through pairs. You will complete at least 10 short exercises, connecting with 10 different people—perfect for starting an event, as you never know where a first touch may lead…
In the first half, playful exercises help participants feel their own boundaries and practice verbal and non-verbal communication. Using our “toolbox” of ways to express desires and boundaries, we then play Consent Bingo! Your bingo card features different types of touch, from holding hands to kissing and more. Do you dare to ask for what you want?
There’s no prize for a full card, but you’ll gain something far more valuable: new connections.
Duration: 60–120 minutes
Participants: Minimum 12
In this workshop, participants explore different kinds of touch: stroking, tickling, massaging, and more. Where does it feel pleasurable, where not? Is there such a thing as “too much pleasure”?
You can bring a partner, or I will help you find one on site. We start with a conversation about desires and boundaries, followed by exercises and tools (literally and figuratively!) to discover what feels good for the other person and communicate it playfully.
This workshop not only helps participants get to know their own bodies better but also teaches how to discover your partner’s favorite spots. Your next date will thank me! 😉
Duration: 45–90 minutes
Participants: Minimum 2
You promote the workshop in your event program so that participants arrive on time and know what the workshop is about.
There should be a space large enough for all participants to move around freely, and for pairs to sit together on cushions, chairs, or mats.
Privacy: A closed room, or in the case of an outdoor setting, a field or forest clearing where outsiders cannot easily watch.
In most cases, sexual acts involving genital contact are excluded to ensure a safe and comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
For groups larger than 40 participants, I require an additional Space Holder or assistant.
